You will find the usual good quality coffee here and the usual selection of pastries and sandwiches. The place was clean and service very friendly and helpful. I have been to many worse outlets of this particular chain and would return to use it again.

This branch of Costa has gone downhill in the last couple of years. The tables are filthy, rarely cleared, and even more infrequently cleaned. We were literally sticking to the one we were sitting at. The service is poor, extremely slow. The choice of cakes, etc, practically non-existent. We have visited this Costa since it arrived in Raeburn Place, Edinburgh, back t we will not be back. The coffee was decent, but the surroundings - just YUCK!

The staff member cleaning the dining area Craig was very rude using his aggressive gestual language, asking us to leave the area, which caused a very bad atmosphere at our table. We have paid for our meals & drinks some as all the other people using the area. He needs to be spoken about & get trained on how to deal with customers, as this is a customer service role.
