I ordered a home delivery approximately 1720 hrs(less than a mile away) & their website was easy to navigate. It said my delivery was going to be around 1800 hrs. I rang at 1830 to enquire where my fish supper was. I rang again at 1845 to be told it was on it's way. My fish supper arrived around 1900 hrs. The food is decent, however I ordered a fried pizza supper and it came in a box that was far too small. So for whatever reason, they thought it would be a good idea to fold it over...it was a mess. Also, I went in and ordered chips and the guy said he was going to make fresh ones. The woman then started telling him the ones that were there would be fine to serve. No discussion about smaller, half portions. Just paid £12.50 which included delivery for a chicken breast and onion rings. There are more accommodating premises available and understanding of people that require smaller portions.
