Best smash burger I've had in Edinburgh hands down! Also one of the few places I've found that actually does milkshakes thick enough that your straw stands up on it's own ?
The place is small but the food is really good and the prices are fair. The waffle fries were really good.Vegetarian options: You can change the regular burger for a vegetarian ones without any additional fees

I usually go for a fairly classic option on my first visit to a burger place to assess it and Earl's knocked it out the park with delicious OG burger. The smashed parties had a nice crust and were juicy with a soft yet robust bun. Plenty of sauce and cheese added more flavours but nothing was lost. The waffle fries were the best I'd tasted and we had a delicious thick shake to go with it.
