How I have a feeling that the staff is kind of forced to work here ! Each time I visit this place, I am always disappointed with how the staff behaves, absolutely pathetic... I don't even know if they have ever managed a smile in life, or if it's just working at Costa that makes them put a shallow face. We regularly visit this coffee shop with (and without) our young children over all the other many options in the area because of the team. Particularly manager Andres and one other gentleman who is often there (don’t know the name sorry). Always a warm welcome and they are very attentive and friendly, thank you so much

Lots of dirty tables. Staff miserable and I’m guessing the lady was learning as she had to check everything with another staff member. But in between customers she was out chatting and sitting with some young girls who came in that she seemed to know. We saw several people come in, look around at empty dirty tables, and then leave without ordering… not up to usual Costas standards at all …
