As a person who is a self-confessed potatoholic I can verify that Belgian Frites has become my new go to for my favourite Canadian comfort food: Poutine (chips, cheese and gravy). I come here at least once a week and I've now started tor recognise the people who work there, it's bad. The partial key to their success is the double fried chips, makes them perfectly crispy. If you love chips then you can't pass this place up! I always get a large bag and they do mean LARGE. You have endless choices for toppings or loaded fries, but in honesty, I just like to taste the chips so I usually just get them with salt and they are the best tasting chips I've ever had.
