It's quite a nice shop, if not the most attractive CN. The staff are always friendly and deliver prepared food to your table. I once had a muffin that was dry and when I returned it the barista seemed to know right away the issue (it was yesterday's) and issued me a new one immediately.There is a decent quantity of seating for the business of the shop. Well placed hotel..nice rooms friendly staff..had a pizza in the lounge with a decent glass of merlot ..very dog friendly..buffet style hot and cold breakfast is well stocked and the staff keep it clean and

The staff greeted me in a welcoming friendly manner. Coffee was good as per any Nero. There is plenty of seating but this one can sometimes be busy depending on the time you go.Update: Toilet facilities were lacking on my recent visit. Urinal out of order and hand dryer did not work. Service was still quick and friendly.
