Got to be the best Greggs I've ever been in. and my job means that I travel all over the country.\\nThe place is always clean and tidy even though it gets very busy, and the staff are so friendly and attentive that the atmosphere is always relaxed and welcoming.
It's one of the largest Gregg's in Edinburgh, that I've been to and has ample seating, plus the benefits of food hall seating. Still suffers from the usual Gregg's issues; selling out of things quickly at busy periods but otherwise good.

You can't go wrong with a Greggs. You always know what to expect so are never disappointed . What's great about Princess Mall branch is that you can sit in. The staff here are ALWAYS super friendly and helpful, Joshua in particular deserves a gold star for his customer service. A great branch and its in a great location too.
