It was our 1st time here and it was just wonderful, one of us has a few allergies & intolerances, and the staff were just amazingly helpful, they changed things and gave alternatives etc. All the staff were very respectful, kind and friendly, (2 of them in particular, but didnt catch their names) which made our time there even better! We had the afternoon tea & it was delish! We will definitely be back, Thank you so much.
Absolutely terrific.Excellent dishes at both breakfast and lunch.A lovely light filled dining room with attentive yet unobtrusive service.Quiet enough to have a conversation but with enough space between tables for some privacy too (a genuine rarity in restaurants.)We lingered for a while and didn’t feel rushed for a moment.

The pastries and sandwiches were amazing! And the view and the ambiance was excellent too. Our waiter was also very friendly. All for a very friendly price!What’s more, since it was a right in the national gallery, we got to take a little stroll there after our tea.My only criticism would be that I wish there were more tea options and loose leaf tea!
