Great staff, always go above and beyond and if a sandwich is not available they will try to make it quickly at the back. Food/coffee is if Gregg's high standard quality. No complaints, other than the general disappointment at some items missing from the menu, but that's on Boris and the brexiteers.
Been in there most mornings over the past 3 months. Lost count of the times I've asked for a large white coffee only to receive a large black coffee. Maybe it's my English accent. Or maybe it's the staff's Scottish ears. Whatever it is, it did become somewhat annoying, but it ended up becoming quite funny in the end! We laugh about it now. Great friendly staff, even if they do struggle to understand real English spoken by an English man!!!

Usually a bit busy, low on sandwiches and donuts but very friendly service 9/10 times i'm there. Young woman called Holly or Eva who serves a compliment to anyone who walks through the door, quick and efficient and just overall cheerful. Definitely a credit to the team.
