I ordered crispy chilli shredded chicken and I was so disappointed by what I received. First of all it was not crispy in the slightest, instead it was soggy in some sauce which was did not taste of anything. The rice was okay but it wasn’t good friend rice. Really let down this time.
I’ve ordered here before and it was decent food, but the waits are always long. Tonight was ridiculous, we waited two hours for it to come and phoned for updates twice. The first time the woman on the phone was relatively nice, told us it was on its way and just to wait a few minutes longer. So we did - another twenty minutes before calling again and this time she was very rude, told us we would get the food when we get it and then abruptly hung up. For what it was, it took over an hour to arrive. Wrong item sent and it took a few mins for the restaurant to grumpily accept there was an issue. Took ANOTHER hour for the original item to be delivered. And it was only chicken satay on skewers. Crispy seaweed was average at best. Sweet and sour chicken was ok.
