Had lunch. So good. Tom came out to speak to customers, cool touch but he looked absolutely shattered ?. Staff were amazing and chatty.Can't fault anytbing. Would I return? Yessss would I recommend yessss.It is a higher price point but taking into consideration quality of Local resourced food, wages ( standard of staff) . Well done.
Spectacular! We had an amazing tasting menu and wine pairing experience. The food was exquisite, great service and atmosphere. We even said hello to Tom who was there on the night talking to diners.They have a nice bar too, with a good selection of whiskies (as you would imagine).One of the best meals we have ever had.

The Kitchin is pure excellence! Their tasting menu featured a great variety of amazing dishes, with our favorites being the Scallop puff pastry and their Venison! Our staff were not only very helpful, but very informative and charismatic, especially the manager Steve and our server Emil. That being said, these led to The Kitchin becoming my favorite spot in Edinburgh.
