Best chinese in Edinburgh. This was our second visit with a year between, so we were hoping it wasn't just beginner's luck last time. Nope! We had the dim sum selection (4x each with one custard and one like a sweet mince meat? Very happy with my delivered takeaway. Generous portions, lots of choice for vegetarians/vegans, nice fresh veg with a good crunch to them. The best egg fuyong I've ever had: good texture, loads of lovely veg, not oily or watery the way it is often prepared. Lovely aubergine with plenty of texture and, again, not watery at all. A warm atmosphere and simple decoration make visitors feel quite comfortable. The quality of the food is moderate, not outstanding, but quite tasty. We felt good value for money and enjoyed our meal here as well.
