We first tried to go to Nobles, a beautiful old restaurant in Leith, on Saturday, July 15 but we foolishly did not have a reservation. The restaurant was packed! We came the next night and it was much quieter. I was with my husband, our son and two daughters. We ordered drinks and three of us ordered the Steak Frites. Only went for a few drinks so can't comment about food. Drinks were nice, the atmosphere was nice and the person in charge remained calm and nice at all times even though he had to remind a few of us to stop taking drinks out with us - shows professionalism.

Warm, friendly atmosphere. Good selection of cocktails.We were there early evening and enjoyed the table service for our drinks order.Also enjoyed being able to hold a conversation without having to raise our voices.
