Number One was a pleasure of a Tasting menu experience, from perfected dishes down to personal service and a comfortable ambiance. Our favorite dishes were the Scallop, Duck breast, The sweetbread, and the Honey comb dessert was fantastic. By far one of the best dining experiences in Edinburgh.
