* A note on grades, I rate outwards from three stars. *An absolute highlight of our trip to Scotland. Called ahead to ensure seating availability and enjoyed both before- and after-dinner drinks in the cozy room with excellent service.
With very little doubt - the best whiskey bar in all of Edinburgh. They made a bespoke tasting without hesitation - and every selection was pitch perfect. It's as if they took the best whiskeys I had ever had, extracted the best of each, developed them into a narrative theme, and arranged them in the form of 5 perfectly chosen, unusual and yet unforgettable glasses in perfect order. Exceptional.
