Extremely warm service staff despite long queues during peak hour at the Waverley station. There was an issue with my credit card + their machine and the staff member (unfortunately didn't get his name) was extremely helpful and even eased out all payment processes.
Service is always great. The staff are constantly busy but are always friendly.The food is full of ultra processed ingredients but you understand what you buy when you buy from a chain.Coffee is normally good too, I'd say out of all the coffee chains Pret is consistently good. However, the coffee I ordered this morning was awful. A big thank you to Nacira who made myself feel extremely at ease and comfortable when asking about my food allergy despite their being a big queue. She took the time to go through the allergen booklet with me, as well going to get a clean pair of tongs to serve me. It makes such a difference.
