Went in for coffee and bite to eat.The shop was quiet customer wise. I took seat while my wife ordered - two coffees,two toasties, two tray bakes. The table I sat down at although cleared had not been wiped, still crumbs and cup rings. I looked around table next to one I was at still had left overs on it so stayed where I was. The order came in dribs and drabs. I'm glad I was sitting down when I was told the cost of the order- £23. The food and drink were no better than OK....read full review
went in today and ordered a muffin and large hot chocolate it sit in. Was asked my name but after about 5 minutes and looking over at the counter my name was not called so struggled to the counter [ I use a crutch] only to find drink sitting there.

I would usually avoid Starbucks as their coffee is non-existent and mostly milk. I was pleasantly surprised to find it was spot on. I did get an extra shot, but it's still very good ?
