It's Starbucks. What did you expect me to say? The staff where grumpy which leads me to feel that management are a built rubbish and don't treat the staff right. Every other Starbucks in the city the staff at least smile. But here... Very nice, cosy and welcoming spot in the heart of Edinburgh. The coffee is delicious as are the scones. Wide variety of snacks, dessert and brunch options. The staff is welcoming, smiley and friendly. Very nice experience of a warm break in a rainy afternoon.

I go in to this Starbucks regularly with my son after we have been shopping. The hot chocolate is amazing and all the staff are very polite and friendly and do all they can to help?thank you ?
