We've had the most beautiful dining experience ever in this place. The atmosphere was really relaxed. No snobbery, no pretentiousness. We were warmly welcomed and treated cordial and respectfully. Chose the tasting menu with pairing drinks and it was just out of this world! It felt like a ceremony on food. Accompanied by beautiful classical Scandinavian folk on big retro speakers. One of the few Michelin star restaurants we've been to that absolutely deserves the accolade. Everything from the service to the ambience to the innovative plating to the amazing flavours was outstanding. A true gem!
