The young staff are not able to handle the busy periods and are often very slow and not really concerned about speeding up for a quick service.I have walked out many times because of standing in a non moving queue. And I can see the staff just bumbling around.There never seems to be a team leader or manager in either.The cafe it self is clean and comfortable nice meeting place if your not on a time constraint.
Was looking forward to trying the new maple latte, I don't usually do fancy coffees but the photos of this one looked delicious. Expectations versus reality ? looked nothing like the photos, was barely any cream on top, no sprinkles at all and all the flavour was sat at the bottom. Was too scared to stir it too as the cutlery was dirty.The place wasn't busy at the time, we were quite early. Bit disappointed.

My son and I visited this Costa last Tuesday 9th January late afternoon and was served by Max. Max was a lovely young lad, who was very friendly, helpful and polite.Parking: Plenty of spaces just outside cafe
