As somebody that doesnt eat Chinese or Indian or any foreign food no offense to anyone but I dont.I always have Roast chicken chips peas and gravy....SIMPLY THE FOOD EVER.ALAN AND HIS WIFE ARE GREAT. GREAT SERVICE AND VERY CLEAN.
Great food and friendly service. Happy City has been my go to Chinese in Elgin for years. I was a little concerned to read some recent reviews suggesting quality wasn't quite up to standard. However, after a recent visit I can say it's still as good as always. Food is always fantastic and service always comes with a smile. Reasonably priced too. I highly recommend the chicken chow mien in a 'koon-po' sauce.
