For reference, a 'fish butty' is a fish, in a bun, teacake, barn cake, IN A SANDWICH. TWO BITS OF BREAD, FISH BETWEEN! YES I WANT BUTTER, HENCE BUTTY! Being Yorkshire has very few disadvantages, this is one . Otherwise, top class, fish lovely, batter spot on, but a 'bun' should have a diameter greater than 3 inches. I have just came up from London and was hungry and it was late. I was told that this chip shop was good. I walked in and I didn’t see anything on display. So I order a black pudding and chips. As I stood waiting for this to be cooked I wasn’t sure about this chip shop. Anyway I picked up the Black pudding and chips and jump in to car. Being from London it's really hard to get decent fish and chips down there anymore. So I really do appreciate it when I do have great fish and chips and this place didn't disappoint at all lovely fresh fish and chips , decent sized portions can see why this chippy gets such good reviews ?
