The Boatyard is under new ownership now.The pub has been redecorated and it looks very cosy downstairs with new fireplace and armchairs around it.The waitress was outstanding, and the food was exactly what I was looking for. Very welcome and friendly staff. Our dog was very welcome, even had dog menu .. Food excellent and hot . Views great . Hopefully go again before our holiday ends .LindaParking: Free parking close.

Went for evening meal with my daughter. Had a lovely Sunday roast. Good quality, fresh food, well prepared. Daughter is vegetarian so had basil pasta with roquefort which she enjoyed, but would have preferred veggie meat alternative Sunday dinner. (I use Quorn at home with veggie gravy). Dessert was also very good. Reasonable prices and good atmosphere and service.
