Amazingly, I believe this was my first experience of a Caffè Nero. This one in particular, was located on the corner between Hope and Waterloo Street. As ‘Coffees’ go, it was good (strong taste; creamy) but by no means the best i’ve had, especially in comparison to other shops of the same high street calibre. Declan just cares about the customers! I arrived super early in the morning and the Almond croissants were in the oven still so I got something else. He remembered and as soon as they were ready after I finished he gave me one for the road!This is just going the extra mile and a what an awesome guy!
