Bothwell street, glasgow has such lovely staff and a really nice atmosphere.Compliments to the lovely staff member (redish hair and glasses) working today Tuesday 4 july 2023 for rescuing me with water after i started to cough. There is a review by someone else who stated about the inconsistency and I fully agree. Had no issues this working week however Thursday and Friday I seen my order get messed up 3 times. Won't be using the mobile app for here anymore until I see who is in. Also the staff member who served me at the register clearly couldn't be bothered as she didn't listen to a word I said.

Sadly I can only give 3 stars, I love the location however the coffee is inconsistent depending on the staff member, also staff are way more interested in chatting to each other than serving customers and being on the ball. On numerous occasions I have been stood at the till while the place is quiet and staff members have had their back to me while chatting, very unprofessional and rude.
