This is definately the best Carrigans - even though it was the week before Christmas and they were really busy staff were great, as was the food, and it had a great atmosphere and was decorated festively.
Got the sirloin steak on special menu and it was pretty damn good. Only slightly let down by the peppercorn sauce which accompanied it which was slightly watery and a wee bit bland.

We were seated and served quickly - the staff were lovely and friendly.I had a chilli beef burrito - arrived piping hot. Massive portion and utterly delicious.Parking: Parking lot right next to the restaurant.
