Good service and amazing selection of items on the menu. The place is spotless and covered with traditional decorations. The desserts were set out wonderfully. Would definitely return and recommend. One of the best in Inverness.
We were late to the Hou Hou Mei party and only came here for the first time in February 2023 but we’ve made up for it since. The food is magnificent. I absolutely love the Bao Buns they must be made in Heaven. The Kindo Prawns are also highly recommended. Inverness has long since needed an excellent Chinese and this has filled that slot admirably. Special mention has to go to Caitlin, our waitress for the last few times we’ve been. My wife & I both work in the service industry...read full review

Recently had a great dinner at Hou Hou Mei - would recommend to anyone considering booking a table. The food and the service was great. Be advised that you will definitely want a reservation because the place books up in advance.Really wonderful appetizers and mains - and the staff was very helpful to make sure food allergies were accommodated.Would come back often if we lived in the area, will hopefully visit next time we’re in Inverness.
