Just had worst xmas meal experience 13 people for a meal service dismal 1hr and more between meals went in at 2.30 left at 5pm without sweet or coffee table next to us never got their main meal we were refunded £6 per person not good enough as our special xmas day with family was spoiled also food was cold far too many booked staff done their best.

I was so impressed when we went for Xmas dinner yesterday. The inverness restaurant was very busy and the staff were run off their feet and so busy. Service was running behind as a few staff members phoned in sick and some customers weren't happy. I felt like the manager and staff did the best they could under the circumstances and they delivered the food hot and to a high standard. I had the rib eyes steak with peppercorn sauce and triple cooked chips on the side with mushroom and tomatoes. Over all a nice complete meal, the steak was cooked to medium rare as per my liking just can get quite busy on the weekends and may increase the wait time on your food. Also it's preferable to reserve tables in advance.Vegetarian options: There are quite a few vegetarian and vegan options but not manymDietary restrictions: They have a special gluten free menu.
