This cafe really surprised me. I have known about it for a long time but had never been in there. There is a parking area outside and an al fresco seating area. Inside are numerous tables. The cakes and scones are fresh and scrumptious. I even bought some to take away. The coffee was really good. The staff are helpful and friendly. I thought the chairs were hard and uncomfortable then as we were leaving l saw padded seat cushions hanging up near the door. Sorted! Definitely going...read full review

Beautiful place (inside and outside) and very friendly staff. Food and drink were perfect. My feel-good place on the Isle of Arran!Kid-friendliness: Although small, there is enough space even with children and dogs, all of whom are very welcome.

After you have had a walk up to Glenashdale Falls & back, this is the place to stop to eat & relax a while. Been here several times over several years while on holiday & it never disappoints. Food is always great & plenty of it & at a good price. Service is always first rate.
