Had a yummy cappuccino after a chilly walk in the beach with my son and dog. Staff member who served me was very kind and chatted away to my toddler who was happily strapped to my back! Would love to come and sit in the next time.

We were made to feel so welcome, it turned a retreat from a miserable rainy day into a gem of a find situation. The staff are genuinely friendly and chatty. Full of interesting info and local knowledge. The food here is astonishingly good, there is an overwhelming choice of tea. The portions are generous and fairly priced and the bonus of the fabulous view across the coastlines makes Café Thyme a favourite memory of our visit to Arran.

The coleslaw (without mayonnaise) was absolutely delicious. What a wonderful surprise to have been included with my quiche. Superb yet again.Vegetarian options: Chris and Evelyn are artists. They never disappoint and always excel. Mind you….that veggie burger would make a welcome comeback. Xxx

Pizza here is incredible! Do not visit Arran without grabbing one. We had the Prosciutto Alla Funghi - The Savoury One, and the Pollo Picante E Funghi - The Earthy One. Honestly one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time.

Starters of local crab and stuffed mushrooms followed by the most delightful local lamb and beautifully cooked Haddock.Topped of by a lovely home made carmel and apple pie....a byo and no corkage charge . A big thankyou to bRino? In the kitchen and wonderful service from Valirie and Jessica..Alan and Christina Dunn Largs....a must visit for good food lovers.

A fantastic tearoom, in a brilliant location. The menu was extensive and the service was excellent, prompt, friendly and professional. Being half way round the coast road of Arran, on the West Coast, it is a perfect venue for breakfast, coffee, lunch or an evening meal or takeaway. What a find, I highly recommend for everyone who loves good food in a great location.

Delicious, reasonably priced lunch on New Year’s Day after a walk along Brodick beach. Very friendly staff, generous portions and top notch Cullen Skink and kids’ fish and chips. We liked it so much we went back a couple of days later when our lunch included an awesome chicken schnitzel burger.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of good, healthy options for children. Food well cooked.

We had the most lovely stay here in early April 2022, with three adults and two kids for a few days, to have our first glance at the Isle of Arran. We will definitely come back here, as we were as unlucky with the weather that the ferry might not even depart. But the owner of the B&B was already aware of that when he welcomed us to his lovely place.Even though the restaurant was not open yet, he offered us my very first and most delicious fish and chips for dinner. I think I will be ruined for ever with too high expectations. Also he offered a second meal option if one of us would like the have something different and lit the fireplace every evening for us. So we could enjoy the evenings by the fire, whilst outside the rain and storm were fighting each other. He gave us very nice tips for exploring the Isle, let us taste on of the Whiskeys he had in stock and was taking care that we are fine all time. So I really enjoyed the stay, and can only give my warmest recommendations for this charismatic place and his lovely owner.

Lovely takeaway. Service was brilliant. Food was cooked fresh. We got cutlery to take away so we can eat in the hotel. Very reasonable price. For 2 people, we spent £28. The Rezalah house special was so tasty!!!! Definitely recommend this place for anyone not wanting to dine out.
