Had Christmas dinner with daughter, my only issue was and i hope they take this as a positive criticism because other than the two main course the whole experience was top notch , alas the beef was miles from being edible. And the turkey was much the same, dry . Not worth the money as my two mains went back to the kitchen minus the veg and mash.Again the staff was delightful.
Wont be back! Mac & cheese wasn’t very warm, the sauce was just cream. Fries were good though. Customer service was very poor. Was overcharged for wine so had to bring to the staffs attention, without an apology. Been in the hospitality industry for many years and been in a few bars in my time so hence the reason I have written a review today. Shame as the place and decor is beautiful but I suppose my complaint is the reason it is so quiet. Train your staff some manners in customer...read full review
