11, Lionel, Isle of LewisStopped here for brunch. Lovely food, lovely staff. We had cooked breakfasts, all ingredients locally sourced! There is home baking, I highly recommend the bakewell scone if it's on! Lots of lovely gifts available too! An added special touch I did like, was there are lemon hand wash wipes on the table, so you can freshen up after eating. 5*

The Boatshed Restaurant
Cromwell St, StornowayWe had a lovely Sunday lunch at the Boatshed today. The food was extremely good, the staff were lovely, service was good and the restaurant setting was very nice. I had a haggis and black pudding stack then Hebridean Cod in a mussel broth with cannellini beans as a main. My wife had a Sunday roast.

Isle of Lewis, Cromwell St, StornowayAmazing place! Called in for breakfast before work, the food was piping hot and delicious. Service was incredible, Lucy was very professional and polite, she couldn’t do enough to help. Will definitely visit again.

The best pad Thai I have ever had.
The food here is full of flavour and truly authentic. Whilst the cafe doesn’t look like much on the inside the food is out of this world and very very good value.
Can’t wait to come back already!

Crown Hotel, StornowayWe had drinks in the bar, very pleasant girl behind the bar. We then went back for a second visit to eat and the food was amazing, 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our food. The service was brilliant too. They are dog friendly which is brilliant as there aren't many places in Stornoway that is.

30 James St, StornowayWe stayed in Park Suite 1 with our kids. The apartment has been recently renovated and was fantastic for a family with the layout well thought out and modern. The location was really convenient and it was only a 5 minute walk into the centre of Stornoway. Roddy and Catherine were brilliant hosts and on hand in case we needed anything. Would thoroughly recommend.

Istanbul Indian Restaurant
24 South Beach, StornowayOne of this interesting places with very good and very bad reviews. However, we spent a lovely evening here with good food. Yes, it's on the pricey side compared with the mainland but everything on the Outer Hebrides is. And with a bit of thinking it's clear why....
Staff was very friendly and helpful, the Ambiente could do with some work though. Maybe some fresh paint would help.
