Lovely to revisit The Old Forge 10 years on from the last time I was here. Recently refurbished to a high standard. We timed our visit perfectly with food available for the first time since the community buy-out. Excellent fish and chips, good beer selection and great service.
Stayed in Inverie for two nights after hiking in from Fort William over 3 days. The Old Forge was a welcome sight after camping food. Would highly recommend the venison stew. Staff were friendly and helpful, great selection of drinks, and had a folk session of excellent musicians on Saturday 3-6pm. Thanks Old Forge and see you again soon!

We just had a day trip out on the Ferry. Stopped in at the pub. Staff were great. Kitchen didn't open until 5.30 and we were on the 6.30 ferry back. No problem in getting that sorted for us.
