Station Rd, Maud, PeterheadWe came to this cafe a few times during our stay in the area; even driving in from away because their breakfast baps are amazing, as too was the latte. The cafe is comfortable and airy. All the other food being served looked amazing - the presentation was lovely. I would have given 5 stars for the service and atmosphere but I’m sorry a couple of the young waitresses could really do with a lesson in customer service - just a smile would be good. ?(they both really looked like they didn’t want to be there) The owners are very pleasant always being cheerful
There are lots of handmade products for sale at very reasonable prices too.

Strichen Lodge Restaurant & Coffee Shop
Strichen, FraserburghI had a cheese and onion scone which was lovely. Good coffee. My friends had both a full English and a gluten free vegetarian breakfast - finished plates always a good sign. You can take a lovely walk around the place and sit outside if you prefer.

Old Mart Cafe
Market St, Maud, PeterheadWe saw the reviews of this cafe and decided to make it our destination lunch stop on our cycle ride. We were not disappointed. The food was lovely, as were the staff. I would totally recommend the cafe.
