Always visit the Quayside when staying in Johnshaven and once again it did not disappoint. The scampi and jumbo haddock were both cooked fresh, were lovely and hot (which was good as we enjoyed them outside sitting by the harbour) and were absolutely delicious.
Great little place over the chip shop on the harbour pier with big windows looking out over the harbour. Offers burgers, hot dogs and pizzas as well as a selection of fish. Everything was fresh and well cooked. The pizza was particularly good. They offer a range of portion sizes for the fish dishes- small, regular and jumbo. The staff were lovely. Street parking nearby. Was given a table overlooking the harbour. Delicious meal and good kids options. I really enjoyed my fish burger.Vegetarian options: There are veggie options - I don't eat meat so I was also tempted by the halloumi burge.
