We had a company lunch there recently. Despite we provided our orders a month in advance, both my main dish and dessert were not available. Surprisingly, there were shortages even in tea. Only camomile and English breakfast was available at that day. Unfortunately, it was also boiling in our room with no option to open the windows or turn on air conditioner. We were using menu as a hand fan. Old fashioned interior.
Had lunch with friends at Craig house. We were given a very warm welcome from the host Natalia on arrival and the customer service remained excellent throughout our visit. The food was excellent and very good value for money. Definitely recommend!

Was there,for a late lunch,with music playing,at a nice background level,to be able,to have a conversation.I,had the Rudolph burger/chips & ice-cream igloo desert?,from the children's menu.Both,were very tasty.Others had chicken bites, ice-cream/ strawberries & Steak pie & gravy.Can help yourself,to tea, coffee & juice.Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled parking,at the main door.Half of restaurant, wheelchair accessible.Disabled toilet,still getting fixed.
