This was our first time here since it re-opened (other than having a takeaway). They didn't have our table booking for some reason, but managed to accommodate the 6 of us. The food was great overall, but some of the sides were not available, such as the potato dauphinoise. It did take the staff a good while to advise of this, but alternatives were available. We had a wonderful experience at Cammies. We went in for lunch on a weekday, it was quiet and we received prompt and friendly service. The location is quite remote but the surrounding views are beautiful.We had nasi goreng and laksa - both were beautifully presented, full of flavour, and had a generous amount of seafood. Went today for Christmas Dinner with my family. 6 of us. On arrival staff informed us this was their first Christmas service and asked for a bit of leeway. Being a chef manager myself I was most impressed, not perfect but very tasty. Cooked and prepared well. Service needs attention but not unacceptable. Overall pleasure to be there and good value for money. I wish them all the best in their hospitality future. We'll dine guys.Darren Watson party of 5 and one child.
