We really enjoyed our stay at Dower House. Lynda and Eric gave us a warm welcome and a lot of tips for hiking and visiting. Our room Calder Apt. was very comfortable. Breakfast and Dinner were very recomendable.
If you are thinking of running a Bed and Breakfast you would do well to stay at the Dower House beforehand - you will be treated to a Masterclass on how a B&B should be run properly!Rooms: Large and very comfortable, spotlessly clean.Walkability: Within easy walking distance of pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops in the village.Food & drinks: Fantastic breakfast! Wonderful experience. Wish we could give them 6 stars. Lovely place to stay, really nailed down cozy yet luxurious. Food was some of the best we have had on our trip. Wish we had booked longer.
