I booked this hotel using Hotels.com BUT they are no longer part of the OYO and do not work with Hotels.com so although I'd paid for the room the hotel had not received it. However the Manageress couldn't have been more helpful. They managed to organise a room for us by switching around some reservations. The room was very large and immaculately clean. But, more than anything the staff were outstanding......I've stayed in 4 star properties who could take a lesson in customer service...read full review
Stayed here for a business trip, lovely staff and such a nice bar, lots of choices to drink from and bar snacks are brilliant. The rooms are very scottish and comfortable, clean and bright. Lots of character around the hotel too!

We used this place prior to flying from Edinburgh Airport, we were met by lovely staff, location was good for us and room was clean and ok just the bed wasn't very comfortable.
