Dropped in hoping they could fit us in. It was very busy but Scott's managed to accommodate us. The new menu was great and food delicious. Many thanks to the lovely gentleman who served us, really cheerful and friendly.
My wife and I decided we would push the boat out this Hogmany and go for a nice meal. We have been to Scott’s a few times and have always enjoyed it so thought we’d try New Years Eve as a special occasion. The venue, as always, was beautifully decorated. It’s always a warming welcome when you walk in. We were seated for our 8pm sitting in perfect time. The meal itself was lovely. Interior decoration is inviting and relaxing with tables well separated giving an open feeling to the venue. The menu offered an interesting choice of meat and fish dishes many with a slightly different but interesting twist such as Gateau of Haggis as a starter. Service was friendly and efficient and not rushed by what appeared to be a well trained staff. On our next visit to Edinburgh we will visit this restaurant again
