Great wee restaurant - they took 3 of us without a booking and one of us is in a wheelchair. Nothing was too much trouble, including the rather special needs of the wheelchair user.Service was very prompt and the food delicious.
We recently had a 2 hour private function for 46 people at Hatch immediately after our wedding ceremony. We had preordered 3 cocktail trees, a couple of buckets of beers, fruit juice and a glass of champagne and a separate cocktail for Bride and Groom. We came in for breakfast a few days after the New Year. We were their first table that morning, so it was pleasantly quiet. Coffee was excellent as were the Scottish Fling and the Smashed Avocado. The eggs were done perfectly (runny). Points off for having a vendor remove Christmas garlands/decorations inside the restaurant (above the service counter) while service was on-going (think dust & debris right above the food counter). Other than that, it was a very good experience.
