I really enjoyed everything about this hotel. Right from the receptionist, waitresses, and cleaners. Everyone has exceptional customer service skills. The room was very clean and smell really good. The food was delicious and the hotel is just right in the middle of everything nice in St Andrews. Fantastic location, right next to the old course and just a short walk into the town centre. My room was of a good size and comfortable, though the bathroom was a bit chilly! Breakfast was very good!

Beautiful., ornate hotel. Comfortable, spacious rooms and helpful, friendly staff. We had magnificent views over the Old Course.5 minute walk to town centre with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants.Food was delicious at Rusacks. We would definitely return.
