Food was good, nothing exceptional. The service however was terrible. We were informed very abruptly when we arrived that they were short staffed, which we didn't mind but the gentleman who seated us was rude and just not interested. Our waitress was absolutely miserable obviously didn't want to be there. Once we had finished our meal we sat for 20 mins with the table covered in dirty dishes yet two waitresses walked past our table several times to clear empty tables.... it was...read full review

Superb bowl of soup in a very fine setting. What a pleasure it was to be served by such a knowledgeable member of staff with an excellent understanding of the menu. The fish and chips was also excellent

This is probably a great post round venue, but for evening dining it was too loud and raucous. The food was good, just a slight cut above pub food, but delicious. Wait staff were patient with us over the noise, but there were some errors in the delivery. Wouldn't do dinner again but maybe a lunch or post round beer.
