Newton StewartSuperb food, great menu, and excellent service. Loved it so much we ended up going two nights in a row! Would highly recommend to anyone living nearby or just passing through, best food we had on our trip. P S. Would suggest adding a copy of the menu and opening hours onto the internet for tourists like us.

39-41 Victoria St, Newton StewartWas sceptical about good take aways in such remote parts of the UK as they are often not great. But this was good. Food very hot even after the 25 minutes drive home. Well cooked. And reasonably priced strange set up, but worked well.

Starfish Takeaway
3 Dashwood Square, Newton StewartOnly in Newton Stewart for short time and wanted takeway tonight. Some of reviews for this place were not great but tried it anyway. Battered cod was great, battered sausage was very good and chips were good. Large portions. Service was fast and efficient. Enjoyed our supper this evening
