I could not work out how to delete my previous post and so instead I thought I would try and balance things out. I wrote before that we had a horrible experience in this Costa, but I would now but it down to the barista having a bad day, which happens to us all. As I have been back in since and received absolutely fantastic customer service by the same guy (guy with hair tied up) and the other staff.
