We have had several take aways and all have been of a good standard. We had a treat this week and were very pleased with food and service during the lockdown. Very friendly service ?
We were staying in a b&b in Tain as a base for sight seeing. Finding somewhere to eat due to restaurants closing at 6 was difficult. We checked trip advisor and saw the reviews for this place and was a bit put off trying it but we were glad we did. It was easy enough to find and parking was available outside. Great food but customer service awful. The lady on the phone was interrupting every few minutes to speak to someone next to her. Because of this our order was placed wrong. When asked to add on the missing food the lady made a big song and dance about how she couldn't fix the mistake. Blamed us for the mistake and left the rest of our order to go cold whilst arguing. We eventually got our missing food however the rest of the food was stone cold and inedible.
