The pub was fairly quiet when we visited for lunch with the kids. The menu is typical of a decent pub and the main courses were on the whole ok. My lasagne was overcooked and burnt solid in the corners but it tasted nice, the side salad was good as was the garlic bread. Deserts were a disappointment and very expensive for what they were. Called in for lunch.. I have to say the food was excellent value for money.. What was more impressive was how good the staff were, very polite and informative. This pub has something for everyone..

My recent visit here for lunch was delightful, perfect to enjoy a casual lunch and catch up with friends.Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and the food was delicious. Will definitely be returning!
