We went to celebrate my son's birthday, who, along with his sister, loves all things Harry Potter. The food, service and atmosphere were fantastic. The cream tea was amazing and extremely generous for the price (we didn't manage everything so brought some back in boxes!). The gluten free option was excellent. The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. The food choices were good although our first choices weren't available. My only negative comment would have to be the tables weren't cleared the whole time we were there and the side kitchen which was visable was full of dirty plates and glasses and the bin in the main kitchen area was overflowing. My niece & I took my grandkids here yesterday for tea & ice cream. We are all Harry Potter fans and loved the atmosphere!! So much to see. The tea & ice creams were delicious too.
