If you're sitting outside the location can be a little noisy, as it's situated just off a heavily used road. The premises are clean and well maintained and the staff are welcoming and friendly. Tea and Coffee are available as well as a range of alcoholic drinks. There is a simple bar menu providing simply presented food. This was the finest pork bap I have ever had, and I've had a few as my waist line will testify. A proper pub and one that I cannot fathom why is not better supported. It's not my local as I only pass by once a week, but if it was I'd be here every night!I've just noticed a recent pork bap related review...I can only comment on mine and it was bostin!

Have visited a few times, most recently on a Wednesday night as they've started a really good bike night where all are welcome.At the bike night they do great baps for food and sometimes burgers as well.At other times the pub serves cracking food and has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere.Parking: Few areas of loose gravel as you enter (warning for bikes) but carpark is plenty big enough, easily accessed and off the road.
