Great pub, nice rooms, good pub food.Staff all helpful, particular shout out to Sue and Jade, who is a gem and who should get any pay rise going .....Vegetarian options: Veg lasagne best I've tastedDietary restrictions: Helpful to my coeliac husband
We have just been here for the first time . The food was phenomenal. The staff are very friendly , and they serve the best rum (kraken roast coffee)I had the chicken burger with bacon and it was awesome .If you order large beer battered cod you had better be hungry ! It's huuuuuge . Half a whale would be a better description ?.But it's bloody beautiful

Visited recently and very happy with the quality of the food we had Homemade Chilli and Lasagne, lovely portions and well presented. Excellent value and friendly helpful staff.Good choice of real Ales fantastic views over the Severn and the railway in the distance.
